Claiming parking back at work meant eight separate manual steps every single time — roughly thirty minutes of printing, taping tickets to A4, scanning, and drafting emails.

HOP fills the expense template and you sign the PDF on-screen.

Measured on a pilot team of nine, at realistic usage of 15 tickets across about four submissions a year.
Across a full organisation of ~4,000 people, the same maths reaches roughly 180,000 sheets and 1.8 tonnes of CO₂ saved a year — about 1,125 working days handed back.
